Q1:How do I secure the date requested for my experience?

A1: Your date is secured with the $100 non-refundable deposit. The balance must be paid 1 week prior to your experience.

Q2:Can I cancel my reservation?

A2: Sure! Life happens. However, the deposit is non-refundable.

Q3: Can my requested date be changed?

A3: Sure! Changes to the date can be made 5 days prior to the original request (based on availability) with no additional charge. The original deposit will apply towards the new date.

Q4: What happens if inclement weather is a possibility or reality for my designated date?

A4: Your deposit will be applied towards a new date that you select.

Q5: Can I extend my experience time?

A5: Sure! If you are enjoying yourself and would like to go beyond the original 2-hour timeframe, we can accommodate your request for $150 per additional hour if the bus is not booked for that timeframe.

Q6: Am I responsible for cleaning the bus?

A6: You are responsible for removing the items that you brought on the bus at the end of your ride. The Experience Pary Bus will clean and sanitize the bus at the end of each ride.

Q7: Are there fees charged for damages to the bus?

A7: Yes, fees that can incur with a maximum of $350 for damages caused to the bus.

Q8: What can cause my experience to end abruptly?

A8: Eating food on the bus is prohibited. Standing or placing feet on the furniture is prohibited. Placing any body part or item out of the window is prohibited. Extensive drinking that causes vomiting is prohibited. Excessive trash remaining on the bus is prohibited.

Q9: Can I consume alcohol on the bus?

A9: Sure! But only if all individuals are 21 and up. If you have one individual that is under the legal age limit to drink of 21, then no one is allowed to consume alcohol on the bus for that experience.

Q10: Do I have to sign the waiver to get on the bus?

A10: Absolutely yes! You will only be allowed on the bus if you sign the waiver and show proof of confirmation to our staff before placing one foot on the bus.
