By booking and riding with The Experience Party Bus, the renter and all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions. The primary renter must be at least 18 years old and is fully responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the rental period. Any damage to the vehicle, equipment, or interior, including excessive cleaning, will result in additional charges.Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers of legal drinking age. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, standing while the vehicle is in motion, or any unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. The driver has the right to terminate the trip immediately, without refund, if rules are violated or passenger behavior poses a safety risk.Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window to avoid additional fees. The Experience Party Bus is not responsible for lost or stolen items, traffic delays, weather conditions, or delays caused by events beyond our control. By completing a booking, the renter agrees to release and hold harmless The Experience Party Bus, its owners, and employees from liability related to passenger conduct.
